Eastern Ontario Physician Recruitment Alliance is a membership driven organization with the primary objective being to create awareness of practice opportunities in Eastern Ontario. EOPRA enables the 16 community physician recruiters to collaborate on international recruitment initiatives, promote jobs for Eastern Ontario while streamlining the candidate experience.
Physician Recruiters in Ontario have very diverse roles and skillsets and are funded by different organizations throughout Ontario. These organizations can range from municipal government departments such as economic development or public health units, to Chamber of Commerce, Family Health Teams or hospitals.
